For returns from outside Sweden, customers are responsible for shipping and any customs fees.

Return from Norway and outside of Europe If you change your mind, you’re welcome to return your item using a trackable service.

Returns from Norway include a 275 SEK handling/customs fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that exchanges outside the EU aren’t possible, simply place a new order if you’d like a different item.
